Ayan Mukerji has over 35 years of experience in the IT industry and has been an integral part of its growth and maturity over the years. His experience is across both large IT organizations and smaller private equity and VC funded companies. He has lived and worked across the US, India and Europe. While at Wipro, as Chief Executive of the TMT BU, he oversaw a $2B portfolio across Technology, Media, Telecom and Product Engineering services. His tenure at Wipro lasted close to 30 years. Subsequently, Ayan joined Infogain, a private equity owned company in the Bay Area. He was instrumental in the transformation and the subsequent highly successful exit of the company. He retired from Infogain after 6 years as Chief Executive in April 2024. He is currently an investor, advisor and mentor for CEOs, Founders and PE firms globally. His primary expertise is in creating long lasting Enterprise Value for small and medium sized companies in information technology. He has an EE degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata. Ayan is very passionate about playing and watching tennis. He lives with his wife, Amita, in California.

During an 18-year tenure at Avanade, he held multiple global leadership roles including EVP and Global CTO. He scaled the Microsoft account by over 120% worldwide in just two years, launched new innovation incubators in AI and Cybersecurity with a $50M portfolio, and led offering development for a $2B portfolio. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California and is an active member of the IEEE Computer Society.

Sai Krishna’s 13-year journey at ThoughtWorks spanned pivotal roles as Chief Commercial Officer, Global Head of Strategy, and Global Head of Strategic Clients wherein he led client portfolio strategy, revenue growth, and long-term commercial success. He also guided market expansion and embedded growth frameworks that anchored the company’s sustained global impact. At Tech Mahindra, Sai Krishna held global leadership roles where he steered the $200M Banking, Financial Services & Insurance vertical and the Transportation & Logistics practice in key areas of sales growth, operations, and P&L management across international markets. He is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering. 

Ashish has amassed more than 25 years of financial leadership experience, with two decades as a CFO driving P&L performance, structuring multimillion-dollar outsourcing engagements, and leading the financial end of mergers and acquisitions. He is an acknowledged master in deal shaping, due diligence, and designing outcome-based commercial models that help nurture long-term value for global enterprises. Ashish has distinguished himself in shaping high-value commercial engagements, guiding cross-border acquisitions, and building financial systems for scalability. He lends his expertise across P&L leadership, deal structuring, and value realization to enterprises, startups, and investors navigating growth and transformation. During his enduring professional journey – at Wipro and WMNetServe – Ashish has taken on a variety of roles and responsibilities that sharpened his understanding of diverse markets and teams across multiple continents and cultures. He held multiple senior finance leadership roles at Wipro. Responsible for P&L exceeding $6B, he streamlined financial levers, reversed margin erosion, and introduced outcome-based commercial models, delivering $60 million in post-COVID savings and a 600 bps margin expansion. During his U.S. tenure, he managed investor relations, guided global M&A efforts, and led Wipro’s inorganic growth strategy through four strategic acquisitions between USD 25M and 200M - these included two in Brazil and a complex Citibank LATAM engagement. As CFO of WMNetServ, the Wipro–Motorola joint venture, he built finance operations across India, the UK, and Turkey while strengthening partner networks and supply chain efficiency. Ashish is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI and has a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Honours) from Delhi University.

At Mindtree, he steered the post-L&T acquisition transformation, driving strategic alignment that lifted profitability from 8% to 15% while sustaining 5%+ revenue growth. At Accenture, he commanded delivery operations for over 100,000 professionals and helped pivot the firm to an Application Services model. At Wipro, he built the Oil & Gas IT services vertical into a $500M global franchise, executing a key acquisition and scaling a 3,500-member team. He is an alumnus of the prestigious IISc, Bangalore, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering from IET, Lucknow.

From GCC advisory to establishing and building a flourishing GCC from the ground up that can compete at the global stage, Srinath has drawn from decades of first-hand insights. As the Managing Director at Mitel, he established and scaled the India R&D center to 500+ employees, while leading global product development autonomously from India. At Zinnov, he advised CXOs on globalization and R&D strategies, and as the Vice President and Country Head at Pace, he helped expand India operations and deliver cutting-edge solutions for international markets. Srinath has successfully led product innovation in areas such as process automation, wireless connectivity, home controls, digital video solutions, unified communications, and cloud telephony. Among his key milestones are managing a $180M global product line developed entirely from India and designing market-tailored solutions that brought in multimillion-dollar revenue streams. With more than three decades in the dynamic sphere of engineering and IT, Vasudevan Aghoramoorthy is a seasoned hand at carrying out strategic initiatives built around technology to form compelling customer solutions. Having witnessed and participated in the rapid advances in the industry over time, Vasudevan offers a comprehensive, big-picture view of all technologies that contribute to the engineering business. At the same time, he has the experience from close-quarters to sharpen the strategic focus of tech-based investments for business expansion. Vasudevan was associated with Wipro Limited for the majority of his professional life. From R&D (hardware design – servers and storage), he went on to manage an independent practice for VLSI and hardware design, eventually becoming its global head for a 12-year stint and leading its growth into a $100 million-strong business. As VP - Semiconductor and Systems, he helped cultivate powerful ecosystem partnerships bringing together various stakeholders – semiconductor companies, manufacturing companies, IP providers etc. Years ago when demand for product engineering and mobility solutions was just picking up in emerging markets like India and China, Vasudevan had become deeply entrenched in the industry’s evolution – his association continues strong even now. He has been an Executive Council member in the India Electronics & Semiconductor Association.
