Taking on senior leadership roles at organizations such as Mitel, Zinnov, Pace, Philips, Srinath has successfully navigated complex and diverse business environments in multicultural settings – as part of these assignments, he has worked with multi-locational teams in Southeast Asia, the Middle East & Africa, APAC, Japan, Europe, and the Americas. From GCC advisory to establishing and building a flourishing GCC from the ground up that can compete at the global stage, Srinath has drawn from decades of first-hand insights. As the Managing Director at Mitel, he established and scaled the India R&D center to 500+ employees, while leading global product development autonomously from India. At Zinnov, he advised CXOs on globalization and R&D strategies, and as the Vice President and Country Head at Pace, he helped expand India operations and deliver cutting-edge solutions for international markets. Srinath has successfully led product innovation in areas such as process automation, wireless connectivity, home controls, digital video solutions, unified communications, and cloud telephony. Among his key milestones are managing a $180M global product line developed entirely from India and designing market-tailored solutions that brought in multimillion-dollar revenue streams. Aside from an MBA degree from University of Bradford School of Management, UK, Srinath holds a degree in Industrial and Production Engineering from Bangalore University.
